All about us!
I’m Carrie, a 29 year old wife and mother of two. I live and work in Moultrie, Georgia. I go to the studio everyday, full of excitement at the opportunity to capture beautiful images, which is why I love this job so deeply. I am also a fan of: round-toed shoes, swingy skirts, traveling abroad, good music, reading, & chocolate treats.
150 years from now, we will all be gone. But our images will remain as one of the most personal, intimate traces of our history. My focus in this business is to provide heirloom-quality images for your family. I am inspired by the stories that people tell me about their families and friends. I love to capture that special "thing" that makes a person unique.
Studio Viohl is NOT a one-girl-show!
I am joined by my amazing and creative team. Phil, Renee, Rachel, & Haley keep me sane and creative! This business would not run as well as it does without the hard working minds and bodies of all those who work here!
Phillip (Or Sarge to most) is my husband, and if it involves organizing, logistics, money, or marketing, his hands are in it! Since he’s much cooler than me, (and somewhat terrified of small children) he heads up our Senior Portraits! Phillip is amazing at scouting out new and interesting locations that really reflect the attitudes, styles, and interests of young adults. He is also my shooting partner at weddings. He generally hangs out with the groom and his men on wedding days and is awesome at capturing laid-back, “boys being boys” portraits.
He is also the reason that I have two gorgeous redheaded kids, and I adore him.
Renee is our office manager, and she has whipped the office right into shape! She is one of the smartest, most organized people that I know. She's in charge of orders, shipping, quality control, and me. Yes, Me. She tells me what do to! (And I like it!)
Renee is an extremely talented and silly girl. (Which are job requirements #1 & #2 to work here, btw) She is happily married, (sorry boys!) and is the mom to a beautiful baby boy named Bailey, and a sweet dachsund dog named Winston.
Rachel is our youngest, and arguably best looking employee... which is why you'll see her smiling face when you walk in the front door of the studio! (Ok, she is pretty cute, but the real reason is that Rachel is one of the nicest, most warm and welcoming people that I've ever met!) Rachel is the person to talk to about scheduling any appointment with us, or if you just wanna chat about the goings on at Studio Viohl. Rachel is not married, but don't get your hopes up, because she's got a pretty great boyfriend!
Haley is our design consultant. She is in charge of creating books for brides and babies! She's got amazing taste, and her books always wow us! Haley works from home, so we only get to see her face every once in a while, but her presence is still a very big part of our team.
Haley is married to a wonderful man, and is the mom to her adorable “brown bear” of a baby boy, Chayton.
